🎟 TICKET REQUIREMENT
This VIP pass does NOT include a General Admission ticket.
A General Admission ticket must be purchased separately in order for your VIP pass to be valid. This is an add on upgrade, not your general admission ticket.
Please note: A valid General Admission ticket is required for entry. If your GA ticket is refunded or canceled, your VIP pass will no longer be valid.

• VIP guests will be emailed one week before the show with the official VIP experience start time and check-in details.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss portions of the experience.
• All VIP passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, as this is a limited-capacity experience. Refunds will only be issued if the event is officially canceled or rescheduled. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist, however, refunds are not guaranteed.
